A few weeks ago Joshua Hyslop and I set out for a string of show dates in BC and Alberta. We knew it would be winter, but we couldn't have predicted that we'd be following right behind the first big snow storm of the season. It made for some beautiful scenery in between many a white-knuckle drive. On cue for Josh's first time in Alberta, a cast of deer, elk, big horns, and wildcats made an appearance.
Adrian joined us for three of the shows on slide, mandolin and accordion, and Rachel held everything together while somehow managing to take pictures and play violin. A huge debt of gratitude is owed to all of you who braved the freezing cold to hear us, and to those amazingly kind friends and strangers that housed and fed us along the way. See you all again soon!
