Summer Shows

Summer shows! Summer shows! I'm pretty excited to get playing again around BC this summer, starting with a few shows on the Island with Mike Edel, and Edmonton's The Collective West. Most of them I'll be joined by some pretty awesome bandmates too, and we'll be trying out some new songs. Hope to see you out in the sun.

NXNE Showcase cancelled

Toronto friends, I am terribly sorry to say that I won't be performing at NXNE tomorrow night due to a bad chest cold. The ol' voice sounds like a broken cello, and it's gonna take a few days to recover. I hope to make it up to you all real soon! Thanks for understanding.

'Whitewater' nominated for WCMA

Holy Moses. It was announced today that 'Whitewater' is up for a West Coast Music Award for 'Best Solo Roots Recording', and I couldn't be more thrilled. There's a whole lot of top-notch talent on the list of nominees, and the more I look at it the more amazing it feels to be included.

Winners aren't announced til September 30 in Regina, Saskatchewan, so there's loads of time to check out the full list here.
